1. Lessons and Cancellation Policy

1.1 By scheduling a class with LudicLanguage, you agree to the cancellation policy below. After your lesson is confirmed: If you don't show for the class you will need to reschedule within a week. After this time has expired and you do not reschedule, you will be charged 100% of the lesson cost. It is important to understand that the teacher takes time to prepare the lessons for you and organize all of the classes according to the schedule. You can cancel your classes within 24 hours or more for a full refund or reschedule your classes within 24 hours or more.

1.2 Due to the number of people that may request the classes you may not be able to get your desired lesson time. Keep checking the appointment calendar to see the remaining times available.

1.3 Online Lessons: Lessons will be purchased by members of the website. Payments must be done in advance through our website. Please read the Cancellation Policy before you purchase. Please be ready 5 minutes before the start of the lesson time. If the teacher starts the video call to begin the lesson and you don't answer on time more time won't be added so please be aware of this.

If during the lesson you show inappropriate content (pornographic content, threats or inciting violence, offensive, violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party, etc.) you will be deleted and blocked from our website immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.

1.4 Prices

We reserve the right to change our prices for our products display at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

2. Account

​

By creating an account on our website you let us know that you are an age legal adult or that you have the proper consent from your parents or legal guardian. By creating an account with us and using our services you are responsible for your password, your information, the use, the activities, and the security of your account. Do not share your information with others.

In order for you to have access to book our lessons or more resources, you must become a registered member. By becoming a member you agree to provide relevant and verified information. Your account can be deleted by LudicLanguage by any reason at any time. If you decide to stop using LudicLanguage, you just need to delete your account or disconnect from the website.

3. Content of LudicLanguage

The material contained in this website is protected by applicable copyright and all the applicable trademark law. By using our website you agree to personally use our materials and to not share to other parties or try and pass the information off as your own. This content may not be copied, modified, published, transmitted, distributed, performed or displayed. You may not sell this content.

LudicLanguage reserves the right to change, terminate, or update temporally or permanently the Terms and Conditions at any time if it is necessary without any notice.
